Nail Maven, Julep Maven February Box

February 23, 2012
Beauty subscription boxes have become a huge trend right now.  Basically, the include deluxe size samples, usually 4 to 5 of them, in the box, and most of the time, you only pay for shipping.  One that stands out to me was the Julep Maven Box.

It stood out from the bunch because it features majorly their own nail products (it also includes some body care product).  It usually comes with two nail polish and one nail/hand/body care product.  This month, in honour of Valentine's Day, it came a very Valentine's Day theme products, it even included a chocolate!

The packaging this time around is gorgeous.  And the nail polishes that they've chosen fits Valentine's Day really well (it's all red and gold).  I think they can even do this again in Christmas because they're so festive.

It also came with a bottle of cuticle oil, which is awesome because I always wanted one but have never ever purchased one!Other nail/hand/body care products that the Juley Maven Boxes have come in include Body Cream, Body Scrub, and Hand Scrub, which are always great to have.  Not to mention they're all Paraben free, at least the ones I've gotten.

I have subscribed and unsubscribed a few, because I really don't need to accumulate any more unused samples.  This is different from the others because it's exclusively nail products and nail/hand/body care products.  So if you're a nail junkie, and don't mind getting more and more nail polishes, I would highly recommend it!  If you're interested, try this box out, they previously have a promo for getting your first box for only $0.01 with the code "SHAREON".  You can cancel it any time, so whenever they have promo it'll be the best timing to get your first box!

Have you tried Julep Maven box before?  Is your box different than mine? Let me know =D.

  1. I've considered Julep and have also been thinking about Glymm....
I still don't know if I want to commit!

  2. Julep Maven has a $0.01 box offer right now, so I guess you can just get one to try one for a penny lol.  You can cancel it anytime, but you would have to call them to cancel =/

  3. As you say, these are perfect for Valentine's, and cuticle oils always come in handy. I've never subscribed for fear of receiving products I'd hate LOL!
