When October rolls around, we all know the snowy winter scene is not far from sight.  Inspired by the "satin radiance of snowflakes, the crystalline glitter of frost - Lancôme adorns women in enchanted light".  For this year's holiday collection, Lancôme is releasing a range of holiday essential shades include shades of iridescent white and silvery grey, and, of course, red.  And to top it off, some comes with extra sparkly packaging.

Hypnôse Star Étincelle Mascara (CA $33) is probably the star product for me in this collection, pun intended.  One of the best selling mascaras in their range comes in a limited edition sparkly package.  It's definitely a conservation starter when you pull it out of your party clutch.

One of my most frequent places is a CHANEL counter near where I used to live.  I still go to the area once every few weeks and I always stop by the counter.  It takes me a while to pull myself away from it, but this time, I couldn't; I was bad and I left with two things, which saddens my wallet.

The lovely people at Debenhams has asked me if I would like to style and accessorise inspired by British style icons using items sold on Debenhams.com.  For those of you who are not familiar with Debenhams, it is a UK based retailer that carries products from fashion to beauty, home to electronics.  While having over 240 stores in 28 countries, Debenhams is also available online for 70 countries shipping internationally (including North America).  Being a huge Harry Potter fan, I have, of course, chosen to use Emma Watson as my style inspiration for this challenge.

While known for her glamourous red carpet looks, Emma Watson is quite "laid-back/relaxed chic" when it comes to her off-duty style.  She said in her recent interview with Net-A-Poter's The Edit that her personal wardrobe is much more comfortable (than her red carpet attires) for her everyday style.  I absolutely agree with Emma and I, too, usually would go for comfortable clothing when I shop.  In this post, I am going to show you how I get warm-and-cozy-Emma-style for this year's Autumn and Winter using a few pieces found on Debenhams.

It's finally here.  Benefit is partnering exclusively with Sephora and bringing their famous Benefit Brow Bar to Canada.  I was invited along with other media to go to the grand opening of their location in Sephora at Yorkdale Shopping Centre and check out what the Brow Bar is all about.

The Benefit Brow Bar offers a few brow shaping and facial waxing services, each take about 20-30 minutes.  The Canadian Benefit Brow Bar are currently only located inside 3 Sephoras: Dix 30 in Brossard, Sherway Gardens in Toronto, and Yorkdale in Toronto as well.  Each brow bar has two arch experts who are highly trained in waxing and tweezing to give their customers their unique brow shaping experience.
